    1. Amendment of constitution:
      1. Projects worked in HSKL are not required to be opensourced? (Shue’s concern)
      2. HSKL’s equipments are only meant for prototype usage (commercial or not), these equipments are not meant for mass production by any individual member, unless those mass production projects are used for HSKL lead projects.
      3. Guidelines for event/workshop/presentation promotion
      4. House rules (this is separate from constitution)
      5. Terms and conditions for usage of the space by outsiders
